What is the turnaround time for digital scans?

Usually 1-3 days after we receive the rolls. Express same-day delivery is available when rolls arrive before 3 pm. The lab is closed on Sundays.

Should my colour film be developed in ECN-2 or C-41?

Respooled motion-picture films such as 250D, 500T, 200T and 50D are normally processed in ECN-2. Photo films such as Kodak Gold, Kodak Portra and Fujifilm colour negative stocks use C-41.

Can you process film with remjet?

Yes. We remove the remjet backing and process compatible motion-picture film in ECN-2.

What scanning resolution will I receive?

Our full-frame camera scanning workflow produces files around 6000 by 4000 pixels, suitable for large prints.

How do I get my negatives back?

Select Return Negative with your order and we will ship the negatives back for the stated courier charge.

How should I label my rolls?

Write your name, film name, shooting ISO and process on each roll. Leave the process blank if you are unsure.

Can I receive RAW negative files?

Yes. Select the required delivery format when placing the lab order, including RAW files where offered.
