Service Limitations

We process film according to our standard workflow. Any special requests must be discussed and agreed upon before placing an order.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that their film is properly labeled, securely packaged, and shipped to us using a reliable delivery service. Customers should retain their shipping receipt and tracking information until the film has been received by us.

Turnaround Time

The estimated turnaround time for film processing is 3–7 business days from the date we receive the film. This is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume, film type, technical requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Liability

While we take utmost care when handling film, Lazy Films Lab is not responsible for damage, loss, or mishandling that occurs during shipping or results from unforeseen technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
